Thanks Honey

Bella it's getting exciting for you! I'm also relieved its not my turn today, this cold is making me feel terrible, not had a cold this bad in years! I'm hungry too but scared ill be making frequent toilet trips again.

Watching deep blue sea, such a cheesy film!

Thanks honey

I would quite like to meet my baby now tbh. Was stupidly sick last night, not sure why but it wasn't fun. I want to be me again and not ill and uncomfy. (and with a squishy newborn).

Hmm...I've missed a whole thread haven't I?

I have no news, the baby is still there, due date Monday and nothing. Went for acupuncture yesterday and after two needles everything went black soooo that didn't suit me. I have bought a lovely clary sage and jasmine oil from neals yard and last week had the best session of reflexology I've ever had so it's not all bad.

Think I had better go and find out who has had their babies on the last thread!!

Lol dp honey!

Gah I always post on the old thread!

Ooo bella maybe it is?! Hope so.

o body mentioned my cervix till the actual sweep at 40+1 and unless they do an internal for some reason (eg going into labour, checking how dilated or something else to do with consultant care) I'm not sure they do?I've had my hopes up/freaked out so many times in the last 4 weeks with niggles and pains and contractions I'm starting to think I'll ignore anything that does start happening!Sorry there's so many people with colds. It makes it just so crap and I agree you really don't feel like doing the labour thing. I'm still feeling very oddly woozy but no actual cold symptoms other than watery eyes. Hoping I'm fighting it.

Hope you haven't got what I had stacey it's bloody hard being sick with a bump.

Pop sounds like it Bella I did a lot of pacing and rocking on all fours in my early stages and I think that really helped move things along. If they stop then quickly sleep as mine did for a good hour and a half before they came back with a vengeance! Exciting!

Marking place!. I had some braxton hicks last night, and my mum, who is staying for a few nights sent everyone to bed, saying just in case let's get some sleep now. Slight over reaction but great way to get an early night and I slept very well too.

Ooo sounds like it could well be it bella! Keepus posted.
Best of luck kiwi hope you have a smooth and happy pregnancy.
Hope there is some progression v soon clarella, I'm bad enough now I dread to think what I'll be like when overdue!
I can't remember who mentioned clary sage? (stacey maybe ?!) but I've been using it for a while now and nope, nothing. I mix it with bio oil and put some in my bath.
I have a really weird sensation in my fango this morning (sorry tmi) it's different to the shooting pains.. Almost feels.. Bruised?? Anyone ?!

Report
Clarella · 01/12/2012 08:00

I thought you'd maybe popped too strawb!

Cookies, I had a swollen bruised feeling for a while over a week ago, also in top of thighs. Yet another sign that's buggered off leaving me feeling like I'm 28 weeks again!!!!!

I'm ok thanks am home at the moment. He had his lumber puncture and it was clear of meningitis but was slightly yellow which could be down to the jaundice or an hold brain bleed so they want to do a brain scan Sad but I'm quite optimistic. Going to stay tonight and it'll be the last night as dp has to go back to work Monday so I'm never going to get to see Felix Sad
