(996 Posts)Found out on sunday that were expecting our first baby in march!! Some online due date calculators say the 8th and some say the 10th so im not quite sure which one is right!!
Ive got my 1st doctors appointment tomorrow to confirm things
Has anyone else got the BFP and wants to celebrate?
congratulations!!i am sure you would be delighted.
Hi Babydust27, congratulations! I'm due in March too. Found out last Friday so should be about 5 weeks now. Its the second time around for me. Online calculators say EDD is March 2nd 2012.
Very exciting!
Lets hope more March people join soon.
morning! got the bfp this morning!
due 12th with baby no5
I got a bfp on Tues then 2 more Bfps yesterday as needed to check and check again! Think I'm due 10th March based on my LMP date. Think I'm 3 +6 - can't wait to get to 4 weeks on Sat so that I feel less like a fraud!
Drs next Friday. Really scared now though -I keep thinking, just hope this little seed sticks!
Anyone had any symptoms yet? I'm exhauseted and keep getting wierd pulling sensations (like a pulled muscle) in my lower abdomen.
i have loads of symptoms! sickness, tiredness, grumpy, backache, boob tenderness and lower abdomen cramps.
Hello! I have exactly the same edd issue babydust - 8th or 10th. Thinking as it's number two will probably roll out early anyway. Roll! Ha!
I am exhausted and really achy everywhere. Not much sicky feelings yet except when I tried to eat a banana and nearly vomited.
Finding it difficult being energetic with dd.
Pomme---my first arrived on edd, no2 was 11 days late, no3 was 16 days late. For no4 I finally gave in to induction at 18 long. Hot, knackered 10lb baby inside days overdue.
I am very scared about this one.
Ah, I get induced if I get to 40 weeks due to a blood disorder. One upside of a rubbish conditions perhaps?!
ive been to the doctors and they said due date was 11th but its a leap year so im sticking to it being the 10th, just 3 days before my birthday!!!
Im extra tired and my lower back always aches, ive got a really strange feeling in my lower abdomen, its like someone has just punched me and really aches all the time.
Im trying to decide whether to tell my parents yet but im abit scared to tell them!! I know its daft as i am 27 and have lived with my boyfriend for 3 years so were in a stable relationship etc but im still nervous!!
I had my first doctors appointment on weds morning, got in the surgery and my best friend was sitting there so we had a good chat about it all which was lovely. The doctor didnt do much just checked my blood pressure, height, weight, bmi and referred me to a midwife booking in appointment on the 27th July.
My DP and i are going out for a meal tonight to celebrate, its all starting to feel quite real and exciting!!!!!
I've done 2 tests, one yesterday morning had a very faint 2nd line so I did another this morning and the line is a bit more noticeable. Am thinking if I wasn't preggers then there wouldn't be any 2nd line, faint or otherwise??? Have got doc app on Tues so will def know then. This will be dc2 btw, ds1 has just turned 1 and I'm scared we did this too soon!
3+7 today...if this pg goes wrong or we have another I'm never testing early again! I feel as though I'm living this pregnancy hour by hour with the most ridiculous levels of knicker checking ever. AF was due yesterday so getting to this morning felt like a big milestone - now AF is officially late and I've had 3 very positive BFPs I thought I'd feel better. How many weeks does this last?!
Binky, dd4 was 1 on 7th june......small gaps are hard work in the short term, but before you know it they are best of friends and play together so freeing ytou up a little.
Mrscog, 3+4 and I've never had a positive this early, it is scary! I tried early testing with the others burt it never worked, now it has I'm thinking twins ha ha ha sob
morning all!
3rd March EDD here. BFP this morning.
baby no 3. Original baby no 3 didn't make it and I lost it at 14 weeks so feeling a bit anxious this time.
DS1 is 4, DS2 is 23 months.
1 husband, 5 chickens (soon to be 8).
Take baby photos for a living.
So how are you lot then?!
Congratulations to everyone!
Sorry to hear about your loss Pixelpeeper, I am crossing my fingers and toes for you that this little bean is a sticky one.
I am due on 2nd march with #2 like SantaLucia, POAS and got very clear BFP last Saturday so 5 weeks today. DD has just turned 2 she was 5 days before EDD so this one could arrive in February if he/she follows his/her sister.
Symptoms wise my boobs are bigger, can already feel uterus stretching (was 7-8 weeks with DD), nausea, smell sensitive, tiredness.
We are waiting until 12 weeks to tell everyone (big family, lots of fuss) although that might change if my waistline starts expanding obviously before then. I am off to the doctors on Monday to get the ball rolling re: midwife appts.
pixelpeeper, we have eight chickens too! although one of them is an escapologist grrr
i hope all goes well for you this time
oh, and do you think there are enough of us here now for stats????
shall i go first and everyone else can cut and paste and add their own?

nonsense what chooks have you got?
I have 2 Bovans Nera, 1 Columbian Blacktail, 1 Pied Suffolk and 1 Bluebelle.
I have 3 Bantam Orps coming in Sept but currently they are only a few weeks old so they need to grow a bit before I bring them home!
I live in a very urban area. My neighbours hate me
stuffthenonsense thanks for that, made me feel a lot more positive! Obviously we wanted them close together but now I have the (or what looks to be) positive I felt a bit different than I thought I would!
Pixel we keep losing our hens to foxes despite being fox proof-last attack was in daylight too! So we just have warrens for now, I'd like brahmas but at £35 each that's expensive fox food.
Binky my dd2 and dd3 were 15 months apart! It was lovely really- the worst moment I had was when I was about 8 months pregnant, walking with dd1 then 3 and dd2 then 14m, some passing stranger looked at me and bellowed 'poor cow'.
Still, those three are teens now and just lovely (most of the time) and adore their baby sister, cannot wait to tell them about this one.
