I have just found out someone I knew died a couple of months ago

I hadn't seen him for a few years but when his parents fostered me he was always so nice to me.

I felt in shock when my friend told me and really upset.

He wasn't that old.

Does anyone know if I can find any reference to him online?

TIA.

Nothing there and on one site it says it has an entry for that name and a death but want $24 to show me.

Try the online version of his local newspaper to see if there was any mention of it there.

Oh goodness, I did that but realised I have done the wrong place. I did the local paper for the place I lived before moveing there. Will have to google again.

Thank you.

I am not in touch with any of the family. They disowned my when I said I was getting married and moving abroad. Didn't happen in the end but the damage was done.

No look with google or local papers yet.

SO young.

She is going to try and find out for me.
Her cousin is friends with someone who had a baby to his brother and that is how she found out. I feel confused and that I am so upset when I hadn't seen him for over 15 years.

Thank you.

I think it has hit me hard as well as it is another link to the past and I flip from wanting to live in the past to wanting to pretend it never happened.

To happy things - read my I'm so excited thread.
