had his funeral today, it was lovely.
full c of e mass, my brother talked about him, and so did his friend(dads) the whole service was very warm and we even lol a couple of times. ds insisted on sitting next to dd, and he was a star, dd was so good, she was quiet in all the right places and "sang" to all the hymns, I did get a big sad when we sang the rugged cross,
we then went to the crematorium, (dh took kids back to the house) the service was short and bitter sweet.
lots of dads friend came back to the house, It was nice to see them.
glad to be back home, do feel a bit empty though.
