Bereavement

12 years tomorrow

I'd just like to light a little MN candle for my DH's son, who died 12 years ago tomorrow. He was only 4 months old.

It's harder for everyone this year, as our DS is 7 months old exactly tomorrow too.

I don't get on with his ex wife at all, and she dislikes me even more, but this is one day I'd really like to set all that aside and just remember the little boy and to remember that his mummy and daddy loved him so very much.

THinking of you, R. XXXXXXX

I'm not religious so can't pray for you but I'll be thinking of you and your family tomorrow SS. So your son with DH was born on the day his other son died? Goodness me that must be very hard. Do you think it's also a comfort somehow, almost as if your son was sent to help him with his grief? Hope that doesn't sound too weird.

Sleep tight little one. I'm sure you are looking down on those who loved you very much, safe above with all the other angels who left us too soon xxx

Thiknking of you all today, hope you get through it okay, bittersweet but you have your LO now to take away some of the pain.

Hope you are all well as can be expected

Regards and sympathies
