Bereavement

My 5 year old DS still seems really affected by my nan's death after a year.

I thought that it would affect him less than my elder son, but he gets really upset & keeps saying he misses her.
Since walking through a cemetery on the way to church with the school, he keeps on about wanting to see "nanny's rock". He has been once, but wants to go again & has made a card for her with a drawing of himself with a sad face standing next to a gravestone, then he has drawn my nan under the gravestone with a sad face.

Not sure how best to handle the situation with a child of his age.
