I always want to kill someone - I find it best to focus them at the poison dwarf who has mobility issues

tis my fault the 'kill' feelings......not eaten....the caterer's sorted food for me, but then all the mourners ate all the food whiel us as the tiny part of the fanily were at the crmetorium, so when we got back, most of the food was gone, and all of the bit for me!!! (MIL not overly impressed but I did not want to kick up a fuss....not the time or place!).

anyhoo....I had wine, on an utterly emtpty tummy......came home, sorted rolls for everyone here (family came back), and tried to eat, but did not settle.

slept the afternnon away, am now hungly agin but there is no 'me free' food in the house except cookable and si cooked for all bar me as I am too fussy apparently (erm, no).

hey ho...................

oh, jacob wanted to know (loudly) why we couldn;t get grandma out of the 'box' and take he home....she would be squashed in there!!!

oh, he also gave us a lesson on jesus and all the nails on the cross

and wanted to know where spongbob was buried as he had seen spongebob die and so surely he was also at the crem.....

he was described as a 'character'.....I can think of more appropriate words

sending you a very late hug

Report
Flame · 15/05/2008 22:08

I'm sorry, not funny but @ Jacob!!! He hasn't changed at all from 3 years ago at the wedding rehearsal saying very very loudly "I just FARTED!"

& with the mourners!!! You don't do that!!!!!!

Did your dress hang ok?

Go get some toast. I know it isn't exciting but it will soak up some wine and make you less ill in the morning.

Pyscho I am sorry - my Nan (who stepped in to bring me up after my bio-mum died when I was 2) dies last week and the funeral is next Wednesday. Even though they are old, and death is somewhat expected it still bloody hurts when it happens doesn't it?

My ds (4) was very sweet. When I explained last week that I was crying and sad because my Nan was very ill he said "I know how to fix the problem Mummy, we just have to call an ambulance" In that slightly smug, I know the right answer to this way that only 4 year olds have.

but there is nothing to put on my toast!!!!

aghhhhh

sorry.....ranting, and it is so not fair on everyone!!!!

yes, dress did 'hang right', altho t'was freezing so the sandles were wasted.

prufock, secnd the 'smug' voice they have.

all this for us has been an absolute shock.......grandma was still gardening the week before, making marmalade!, walking to church.

we expected her to hit the big 100, she was just so active still.......the stroke and heartatack took her within 12hrs, we were not ready.....but then, even if someone is ill, we are not ready are we??.

still.....kiddies make you get thro!

am so sorry for your loss......it is so very very hard isn;t it.
