Check with the crematorium (or wherever you're holding the service), you may need to allow time to buy the cd once you decide on the music as I believe many places will not use one that you have made up yourself.

Agree that anything by Eva Cassidy would be beautiful, there's one called Over Jordan which I think would be particularly good.

At a friend's mother's funeral last year, the choir sang a song called "Going Home" I think - don't know if it is a hymn or an "ordinary" song iyswim but it was really touching...
