We have the funeral of my partners gran coming up and I am thinking of taking dd (4). We lost my grandad last year so we have been talking about dying and what happens, so I feel happy taking her.

We are not religious, and I wondered if anyone knew of any books or videos I could get my hands on to help prepare her for what happens

Thanks in advance

My BIL bought DD "Bagder's parting Gifts" (I think it was called) thinking it was just a book about a badger - it is actually a lovely story about all the gifts/lessons an elderly badger gives all his woodland friends....before he dies. Cannot remember all the details - but we laughed at BIL mistake and it was a lovely story. Maybe worth tracking down?
