It's beyond shocking I so know what you are going through. I lost my mum suddenly to a massive stroke 2 years ago. What you are feeling is normal but i know that doesn't help with how you are feeling.

So sorry for your loss. I lost my mum 8 years ago. It is extremely hard to believe initially and there will be a period of denial whilst you try to process what has happened. I hope you have some support irl. Take care of yourself.

It happened 22. march just a week ago... and iseen her last time 26 march.. and its mothers day today,i cant stop thinking about her...
