4 years have passed since I last saw her on my birthday. Its a bittersweet day for me now. If only I'd known when I kissed her goodbye on that day I'd never see her again, there is so much more I'd have said Sad

Missing her and my dad so very much

hi MOS, happy birthday!!

I know exactly what you mean, I don't have my mum and dad now either...its just too sad, especially at this time of year.

Hope you enjoy the day, and raise a wee glass to them both later

xx

Thank you, we've had a really nice day after all, many happy memories of 'mad nannie' which made us all smile, like the time she bought DD2 a cat toy for christmas not realising what it was Xmas Grin

Am looking forward to going to mum and dad's grave (not local) on the 29th which is a good day as it was my brother's birthday (he is buried with them). It does seem to get a little easier as each year passes x
