This is so sad for you, I can't even begin to think how your friend must be feeling.

What a terrible, terrible shock for all concerned.

I hope this doesn't come across as unfeeling, but this is possibly an opportune time to remind people to ensure they have up-to-date wills. You never know what is round the corner, and you don't want to leave your loved ones morassed in a mire of red tape and bureaucracy simply to sort out matters which were "understood".

if he was jewish or moslem, i imagine the funeral will be held very shortly, within a day or two. if not, could be up to a week.

How awful, for all of you.

A friend of mine died almost a year ago, in similar unknown circumstances, and was found by her kids. Whilst we weren't particularly close, it shocked me so much, and haunts me still.

from what I can remember, the funeral was about a fortnight later, as PM had to be carried out. But they never found a cause of death.

Subsequently, all 3 of her kids have had various medical tests done on them.

Sorry to hear this Yorkie, are you close to her? Have you seen her yet? I wouldn't know what to say, but I think she'll be needing her friends around her right now. How horrible for everyone
