Eulogy on behalf of my aunt and uncle whose mum has died (my grandmother)

My nan died last Monday and my aunt has asked me to 'speak' at the funeral on both her and my uncle's behalf. I am really struggling to find something appropriate, that is not too long or too short!
Does anyone have any suggestions? I have googled many different things but not found something suitable yet.

Or write your own. You could start with an object that reminds you of your nan, even something really simple like a wooden spoon if she always made you cakes as a kid, or a memory, no matter how everyday, for example, her pushing you on the swings when you were little. Talk about how this typified her and what it meant to you. You don't have to say anything profound or earth shattering. You just have to remember and honour the lovely lady I'm sure she was.

So sorry for your loss. Remember, if you can't quite get through everything you have written because it just gets to much, then the Vicar or the undertaker could be on hand to help and complete it. Why not pre arrange with them that they will take over if necessary?
