My sister in law is a bit worried about her 11 month old dd. She is a lovely pleasent very perceptive little girl (my gorgeous niece!!!!!) but hasnt got any teeth and isnt crawling yet. Is this normal? Is there anything she should do to encourage these things or should she just leave well alone?????

both are quite normal, teeth don't have to come yet they will when they're ready i know someone who got them at 18 months and many babies don't move till 18 months. i wouldn't worry at all yet.

if they aren't frustrated by not moving then it's very hard to motivate them to move. if they are then tease them with toys etc just out of reach a bit.
