Ds is almost 4 and has been dry during the day for quite a while. He's been in pull-ups until last Wednesday went he stayed at MIL's and she decided it was high time he was out of them. He went to bed with no pull up on and had no accidents, got up to use the loo etc
DH decides it's a good idea we carry on and we stocked up on protector sheets etc. Despite no juice in his room and being lifted a couple of times DS has wet the bed in the morning ever since (which makes him very upset but we don't shout at him or anything)
DH is saying he's going to ask his mum for advice and that he's thinking about putting DS back in pull ups
I think we should persevere and DS will get the hang of it. We were away for 2 nights this weekend which may have upset him (he's been a bit clingy since we got back)
So...any hints/tip/advice and am I doin g the right thing or should we do what DH says and revert to the pull up?

If you think he's ready, and just having accidents then persevere. If he is wetting a LOT then leave it a while. Staying dry at night isn't something they have a lot of control over - it's down to a hormone that suppresses urine production, and it kicks in 'sometime between 2 and 8'. Before then you dn't have a hope.

It's really just the 'first thing in the morning' wee - just before he gets up. He's dry from going to bed until about 6-6:30am
