My DS is still having 2 bottles of toddler formula a day - one first thing and one before bed and then a bottle of cow's milk before his afternoon nap. We offer him six oz for each bottle but he will often not drink more than 3oz of the formula. He does usually drink the whole bottle of cow's milk. I'd really like to stop the formula as it is expensive, not as easy to buy plus at the end of the day it's man-made whereas cow's milk is obviously natural which must have its benefits. However, i'm just worried that DS won't get all the iron he needs as his diet is rather limited - the only things he will eat with any kind of iron content are dried prunes, pancakes, occasionally an egg sandwich, raisins, dried apricots, cereal, bread, and peanut butter. He won't eat eggs in their normal form or any meat or fish etc. Plus anything he eats the quantity is usually fairly small. Do you think this is enough? Thanks in advance for your advice
