Hi could someone recommend the best book for an absolute beginner to unconditional parenting.

Unconditional Parenting by Alfie Kohn? It's the only one I've read, and I like it.

theres also " your competent child" by someone or other, but alfie is the best! (although could do with some more real examples)

i really like "how to talk so ...blah blah" you know the one?

oh im so helpful with my unknown authors and half titles

I'm not sure what parent I intend to be (however I think I will probably veer towards the shouty exasperated version) and just thought I would do some reading around.
