Wetting accidents at the childminders!

Can anyone give any advice on, or reasons for my dd wetting herself at the childminders.

DD is 2.5 and has been going to childminders two mornings a week since Jul 07. She has been dry since 2.1.

Since being back with CM after 4wk break DD has had wee accidents everyday and last week pooed herself. When asked directly by CM wether she had she denied it! I don't even remember the last time she had an accident at home. When she needs to go, she nips off to her potty and that's it and that is how it was at CM's until recently.

I sometimes stay for a coffee at CM's and this morning DD told me she needed a wee and off she went to the potty. After I left she wet herself!

I don't understand! CM is old friend and DD enjoys her time there and gets along with the other children. She doesn't make a fuss about going, in fact quite the opposite!

Help!!
