Can anyone tell me if I need to actually book to see my GP or health visitor for my DD's 2 year check up?? I know this probably sounds like a silly thing to ask but I have always just turned up to have her weighed but thought that there is a lot more involved with her 2 year check and may need to call in advance??

thanks.

Pookie...The appointment should just come in the post, and you ring up.

It was dumped 18 mths ago where I live. Apparently lots of places don't do it anymore.

My DS will turn 2 in December but I'm not sure whether he will go for 2 yr check. I know my eldest DS (now 6 YO) never went, I just received a crappy piece of paper in the post and had to tick a few boxes - this is what they classed at a 2 yr check up?
I think it's disgusting that they can't be bothered carrying out these checks anymore.
Pookie let us know if your DD is sent for
