My DS (3) is zizi obsessed! is that normal? any distraction technique welcome!

Zizi in French means willy... (useful word in my mother tongue, I admit).
My DS would be constantly playing with it or showing it in any public place (last time was in a middle of a big family dinner...) if he could!
Notwithstanding the constant embarassment, I am getting really fed up telling him off all day long. please tell me this doesn't last until boys are 15 or I'll have a nervous breakdown!!!

nah, doesn't last till 15. More like around 40 as far as I can work out from DH .

two zizi-obsessed DSs here too (aged 4 and 8). The eldest is by far the worst with this kind of thing. Constantly gripping it through his shorts/trousers etc.

Big family dinner not an appropriate place, I agree - so tell him soBut in the privacy of his own home - can't see the problem. He'll grow out of it!
