HELP!!!! 10 month old dd has suddenly gone apeshit at bedtime!

For the last week ds as gone down absolutely fine, without a murmer, but then woken up at diff times, 9, 10, midnight, furious and screaming and won't be comforted unless I take her into out bed and bf her.
Don't like doing controlled crying thing as she is now sharing a room with ds (nearly 6 years old) and don't want to wake him up.
AAAAAAARGH!
Anyone got any tips or would like to invent Calpol Stun-Gun before I go insane?

Sounds like teething. My 10 month old is having problems with teeth just now. He is usually very placid but now wants picking up all the time and cries at the slightest thing.
