It is bart simpson! lol

Not exactly the best subject but copying her dads video cover she has draw a clear bart.
The spikey hair and right shaped face, eyes nose mouth and ears in the right place and arm out of each side of his head and too legs!

Then she came running to me saying 'Bart for you Mummy!'

Wow!! - is this really amazing as i think or is it just a mummy proud moment??

psychomum5 Sat 02-Aug-08 18:12:00 have a budding artist in your midst.

my DD3 was this early doing 'proper' drawings, she is now 9 and really really good at it, and won a prize at school recently for a very life-like dafodil(sp?).

feel proud and frame it with the date and her will want to keep this!

That's great! I agree - you should frame it and be proud.

I apparently started drawing recognizable things at 18 months (and later went on to do A level art and still paint and draw when I get the chance) but my DS2 is 2.4 and he can barely do a scribble but sings ba ba black sheep beautifully (I can't sing a note)! It just shows that genes are funny things: just because you are good at something doesn't necessarily follow that your children will be.
