Quick Straw Poll - What would you do next when your generally very delightful 26 month old...

...is painting with her Dad whilst I am sat at the table with her 4 month old sister in my arms. Lovely Dad, nicely tells daughter that she can't put any more paint in the washing up bowl to make bubble pictures. She then has a tantrum. She gets down from her chair and now very upset, wants a cuddle from me (and only me).

I'd give her the cuddle. She's little. Tantrums are normal.

Give her a great big snuggly cuddle. (but still back daddy up).
