hadn't thought of pizza - the small ones or the big ones? Could you do them in the oven as well?

lulumama Wed 09-Jul-08 20:47:47

i do them on the big crackers.. have never done them in the oven, i don;t know how they'd stand up to the heat being so thin and dry anyway..

i love matzos. dc reasonably keen on them, though it might be the thick layer of butter....

My two love matzoh but I absolutley can not stand the mess they make so they only get them once a year in our house! But when they stay over their Nanas they ask for coco pops and matzoh for breakfast as a treat! grin

RubySlippers Thu 10-Jul-08 13:25:51

oh yes - instant pizza!

you can "crunch" up matzos which have dried out by sprinkling with water and putting them in the oven for a minute or two, so you can try it

if you like matzoh try matzoh bri -- break matzoh into small pieces, soak in water to soften, and then add to beaten eggs and cook like scrambled eggs or an omlette. Sprinkle with some sugar and serve. Delish.
