What can you do with a worrier ? DD's tummy ache and tears from fretting

DD is 8 (yr 3) and a bit of a worrier about anything and everything.

Its not normally too much of a problem but this week shes had tears and tummy ache before school in the mornings. They were so bad one morning I had to go and get her from school.

Shes not giving much away when I talk to her. She insists shes not worried about anything (been through all the potential school/friends/home scenarios) but has briefly admitted to worrying about a maths test this week (but I'm not 100% sure that its just this).

Her teacher (who I have spoken to) is more than happy with her work and has told her so. Shes had lots of positive feedback at school recently (awards for pieces of work, badges for spelling etc) -she doesn't seem to have to try too hard to do well so its not as though she loses sleep or frets over the weekly spelling test for example.

Any tips on how to help her through this and help her relax a bit? Or how to get to the route of the problem?

Thanks
