learning cd/dvd v smile thignys- can you recommend??

hi i want a learning style dvd or one of those toddler computer things that you plug in the tele for my 19 month old but dont know what one/type to get.

Yes he is young for that kind of thing but he is very intelligent with shapes, numbers, colours etc that i want to encourage it and also the tv is the one thing that keeps his interest (i let him watch baby channel as that has quite alot about learning)

Can anyone point me in the right direction what to get for him? Something iter active etc?
