7 year old saying she's fat

What do you say to 7 year old girl if they come to you saying they think they're fat? Obviously I told her she wasn't. I told her she can come to me and talk to me about anything. She didn't get upset or anything it was just more a matter of fact statement she just said I think I'm fat and showed me her belly. She is not overweight at all and I don't talk about body weight. I do home exercise workouts every now and then I've told her its important to stay active to get a strong and healthy body and mind but I've never been on a diet or anything so I don't know where she's got it from . What would you tell her?

@LeGradBleu yeah she just shrugged her shoulders and said "I dunno I just think I am" and lifted up her t shirt to look at her belly.

As a single comment, I would ignore and follow on as usual. If you see she start restricting what she eats then maybe a further conversation is needed.
