Can anyone recommend meal options for an extremely fussy 3 year old? He only eats bread and I’m really concerned for his health? Thanks for inputs.

Hi, yes only eating bread is a worry, do you mean literally? Has he ever eaten other things?

If he's actually only eating bread I'd get the gp involved tbh.

What I'd do first is ditch any idea of a 'meal' as all you need is a range of food.

Cut up a total random assortment, I used to put things in an ice cube tray, and just see if he'll touch or try any of it? You have to not get stressed, which is really really hard when you want to scream Just. Eat. It.
