Toddler is acting weird

Our 3 year old is very obsessed with our 11 month olds hair. He constantly rubs his upper lip and nose to his hair or strokes his hair with palm of his hand. If the little one walks around or just standing, he ends up falling cos big brother just doing that weird thing and little one loses balance. I am hoping this is just a phase. But it just looks really weird. Everything about him is normal, physical and cognitive development wise. I am worried that this is something that will cause some problems in the future. Also i cant help but tell him off or threaten to take his toys if he keeps doing it even if i know it doesn't work. I just need an advise on what to do.

It probably just feels/smells nice! Who doesn't like the top of a baby's head?!

Obviously, if he's knocking the baby over it's a problem, but just keep explaining to him that he can't do it when the baby is standing up because the baby will fall and hurt himself. I don't think you need to take his toys or tell him off. Just move him away/move his hand and explain why he can't do it.

I'd try and get him a teddy or something that feels similar to play with instead.

Well my 3 year old is obsessed with my hair and she likes to cover her face with it so she can fall asleep 🤷🏼‍♀️
