Low muscle tone?

Hi, sorry I wasn't sure where to post this!
Just a query really, my 5 year old ds was diagnosed with asd back in the summer. I've noticed he doesn't seem to have much muscle strength behind him, I mean I know he's only five lol but he struggles with things like piecing Lego together or pulling an xmas cracker there just seems to be nothing behind him ! Is this what would be classed as low muscle tone? Is it something that can be improved with exercise etc?

Could be hyper mobile. My ASD niece and nephew both struggle with fine and gross motor skills. 1:1 swim lessons are helping

My ds1 has low muscle tone. He had 1:1 with physio, could be worth a try then also give you things to do at home to help
