CELIAC IN BABIES?

Can anyone who's had a baby with celiac disease what their symptoms were?

I'm sure there is something going on with my baby. Our doctors are rubbish and keep telling me his constant diarrhoea is teething. He's had diarrhoea for around 2/3 months with only a few days in between that period where he was actually constipated. He's never actually just pooped normally since being weened.

He doesn't throw up. Just bad diarrhoea constantly but still eats and drinks and he is totally fine in himself

He's almost 11 months old, takes 2 formula bottles 1 morning and 1 night and eats just normal food all the rest of the day. Any advice would be perfect

Have you kept a food diary? My Ds isn't a coeliac but has food intolerances and I kept notes on which foods gave him constipation/diarrhea which helped.

Have you looked into toddler diarrhea? My kids haven't had it but it's common enough that I have heard of this condition.
