Help me stop shouting 😭

I have 3 children age 7, 6 and 3. Most days result in me screaming! Really screaming out of frustration. I know it horrible and wrong, I just want them to listen 😭 My two oldest fight constantly, they can't breath in eachothers direction without getting into it and the telling on each other alone drives me to insanity. My 7 year old does not listen to anything she's told, nothing. She answers back constantly no matter what I say and is very rude and it escalates until we both shouting and then I loose my mind. I have shouted, screamed, cried, taken ipads, electronics, YouTube is forbidden, no TV, I will take toys. Nothing works. She's just gotten used to not having her things and continues her usual bad behaviour. I try rewarding them with trips out to have fun and I promise they are fighting before we get to the car. It's a very unhealthy situation and I know it's my fault. I feel completely overwhelmed and truly like the worst parent to walk the earth. I need to find a better way to cope and I need help.

Poor you. Can you look for parenting classes in your area? I sometimes see them advertised at school. Rest assured that you are not alone.

I wouldn’t say you are to blame, it’s personalities within your children, me and my sister fought like cat and dog, we’d punch each other, I’d bite her! terrible behaviour when we look back now as we are the best of friends and my mum was and is the best Mum possible! And we still liked a fist fight! So don’t always blame yourself we love to punish ourselves as parents. You could try to get your two oldest involved in a class together whether it be swimming, karate, dance etc and maybe just try and make 10 mins a night one on one time to discuss how there day was or do colouring, or braiding hair etc. Some children misbehave because they crave attention and managing 3 children must be extremely difficult.

I feel exactly the same and i feel guiltt about it to but i try not to be too hard on myself as i know that my childrens behaviour is awful. I know its not the right way to deal with naughty children but everybody deals with things differantly and its very overhwelming when you have children constantly screaming at one another and hitting and just not getting 5 seconds peace. My mum was the same, she had 8 of us.
I want to get help on better ways to cope too
