Pregnant with small baby

I'm around 6 weeks pregnant with my 2nd baby, I have a little boy who is 1 next month! When I pick my little boy up or when he is bouncing back on me or throwing himself back in a rage I get this tight sick feeling in my belly! Is this dangerous for my unborn baby? I don't know what to do as he is very boisterous and I obviously can't stop from picking him up

Not a problem at 6wks pregnant - new baby is tiny and well cushioned in your pelvis.
