Crawling, exploring safety recommendations!

Hi, my little one has started to crawl, so in safety guarding the house! Does any one have any recommendations for the doors, as I've got visions of little fingers getting slammed in doors 😳 or any other safety mechanisms that I might not have thought of would be much appreciated! 😃
