3.5 yo dd breaking us at the moment. Constantly exploding at the smallest thing, hitting, kicking, refusing to do anything when asked etc. She has always been super hard work but is relentless at the moment. We have a 10 wk old so I know some of this is to do with the adjustment but it’s just so so relentless and Ive started feeling sick with adrenaline whenever she is around. The main thing that upsets me is how distressed she must be to be acting this way all the time. Does anyone else have this and how do you cope?
Do you get time apart ?
Is she ever looked after by other people ?
Does she go to Nursery or even a playgroup ?
Thanks for replying @BackforGood. Yes she’s in nursery 3 days a week and grandparents take her for the occasional weekend so I guess we are lucky in that respect. Thought I was doing ok with it all but have started feeling this weird panic feeling in my chest which I guess is some kind of anxiety but have never had that before so not sure.
