That's it really, I live abroad and so cant get it easily. I have a bottle that's been open about 3 months. Teething has just started again, just not sure if it will be ok or not.
thanks

I've used it older than that. It tends to go all crystallised round the bottle rim though after a while.

Should have a expiry date on the bottle. as long as it is within that date and stored ina relatively cool place it shouldbe fine.

No help at all but you reminded me of how my MIL took some Calpol from a 30 year old bottle the other day that she had left from when dh was little! Luckily it didn't do her any harm - although I doubt it could have worked!
It was all she had in the house by way of paracetomol but personally I'd have done without!

Don't forget calpol is just a brand name so if you're able to buy infant paracetamol over there it's exactly the same thing!
