Is this normal for a 3yo?

I have 3 children and my eldest daughter is 3 yrs old. Since the day she was born she has been quite fiery and has very little sleep. As she has got older her behaviour has become increasingly difficult. She has more tantrums and very picky about food. She likes her blankets in a particular layout in bed or she has a meltdown. She screams and shouts when it's windy, she's bossy with her other two siblings and can be quite difficult with her little sister. I can't really leave them alone for a couple minutes because she kicks out and has a meltdown if her sister gets into her personal space.

Developmental wise the nursery says she is doing great. She knows all her phonics sounds and is beginning to blend. She makes stories up about the pages in books. She knows her numbers to 10, colours and 2D shapes. She has an 'interest' in space and volcanos and seems to be developing a nice vocabulary. She can be very loving on her terms only and today she got upset at nursery as she wanted me to stay and cuddle her which for her is a bit unusual as she's so independent, strong willed and tries to act like she's in control of everything and everyone.

She usually sits up in bed for about an hour before she falls asleep and she has a full imaginary conversation with her key worker at nursery or talks about a topic every night. She doesn't respond well to the positive parenting techniques that we have been trying with her siblings. Her siblings behave really well and so I'm just wondering if this is normal for a 3 year old?

Could you ask her keyworker if she has any concerns?
