Feel like I don't have enough time for baby with demanding toddler...

I have a 5 Month old and a 2.5 year old.

My toddler is a great natured boy, but is very demanding. Loves playing but always wanting my attention.

We are out alot at playgroups, but the same thing happens which leave my baby with not alot of attention for her.

She is a very happy and contented baby, but I feel I don't have the same time as I did with my son to help with her development. Sitting up, rolling, playing with toys etc etc

Am I the only one in this position??

Same ☺️
Your younger one will benefit in a different way from their position in the family.
They get the benefit of an older sibling.. learning independent play, observing older sibling and you interact, language etc.
There are pros and cons of any position in the "birth order"
