I feel so bad..totally lost it with dd (7) tonight over disasterous state of room .It look like we'd been burgled. She was balanced on end if her desk as it was such a mess and beads were falling all over floor. I just lost it and threatened to get rid of lots of toys We both shattered it was such a bad time to raise it and I was so cross. Should have just got her to sort tomorrow...need to grovel after i stop feeding baby...she's a really good girl
oh i so know how you are feeling, huge hug, deep breaths, and a nice cuppa and try again tomorrow xx
modelling how to make amends after an argument is just as important skill as how to disagree calmly. don't worry. personally I recommend having a huge clear out and considering rotating toys/clothes.
