Final court order

Hi guys!
So my ex has a residential order with my daughter! Where she lives with him! And comes to me on weekends & split holidays! I went to court a week ago! Due to him giving me no holiday time! And also no contact for 4weeks at this point! So I went to court for an enforcement! It's now our 2nd time in 11months! (Since he ran off with my daughter) anyways! I went to court and he didn't turn up! The continued without him! And said he's now on A final enforcement order! So I'm just wondering what this means? As he's now not bringing my daughter again! :( so will now be another 2weeks without seeing her! & I know the next time he won't bring her too! (2weeks) I have court on the end of jan again! But just unsure on what will happen! :( so my question is - what is a final enforcement order.

I’m so sorry that you’re in this situation April but I have absolutely no knowledge of these types of order.
