Book recommendations- boy's emotions

We have a clever little 3 yr old, but with that comes the expectation that his emotions should match ... which they don't! He is certainly not a naughty boy, but has rapid mood swings and can get very cross, very quickly. Looking for a book recommendations that we can read as parents and understand better how we can support him.

Thanks

I’m not sure if I’m honest but whenever I’ve needed recommendations when mine were younger, I’ve always found our local library to be very useful. Yours might be worth a try, if you still have one Smile

Thanks - our library (regional libraries!) have loads on the system ... it is filtering down whether anyone knew of authors to recommend

I’ve got Raising Boys by Steve Biddulph and I like to follow his Facebook page too. I like the way he thinks. I’ve also got a book waiting to be read by Dr Laura Markham (I think) called calm parents, happy kids. I’m yet to read it but have seen it recommended on here several times. She also has a website which I like. But I definitely rate Steve Biddulph’s books as I have actually read these.
