My daughter is 2 . She's normally the one to lash out atm due to teething .
His punishments include:
The thinking step/naughty step
Gets put to bed
Looses treats
Looses toys
Looses bed time story
And I try talking to him but today I shouted a lot as I've just had enough of his behaviour. I've never hit my kids and never will but I really don't know how to control this . He's normal a very sweet sensitive little boy he's so soft that his dad said "your making him gay" which is a load of rubbish but hey what do I know . I makes me scared to go to the toilet without taking my daughter with me so she's not getting hurt .
He's been becoming very Nasty and manipulative since he started seeing his dad again telling me "I'm gona put you in hospital " ,"my daddy's gona beat you up " ,I hate you I don't love you and your not my best friend " his dad only sees him on a Sunday for a few hours and that's only because my ex makes the effort to pick him and my daughter (not biologically there's) to there house and because my 31 year old ex lives with his parents sure to gambling and alcohol addictions doesn't wanna make the effort . He had had him twice got an hour by himself and each time my dimes saying something different and not he's biting his sister . It's like he doesn't care at all he's so proud when he hits his sister (definitely a trait he gets from his dad ) I don't know what to do at all I'm very overwhelmed with it all

In the short term, the most important thing is to protect your DD (how old is she?). You must not leave them alone together. Obviously this is a massive pain for you, but hopefully it will be a brief phase.

What happens to your DS when he bites? Have you tried the naughty step or losing screen time or similar? You need to have clear consequences, make sure he understand them beforehand, and then follow through.

Is DS jealous? Does he ever have 1 to 1 time with you?

It's so upsetting for you OP, but this is a normal phase that some children do go through. I never had a biter but DS2 did go though a hitting phase that I found very stressful.
