9 week old teething (canines??)

Hi everyone, my 9 week old is currently teething his canines, both top and bottom! I never even thought it was possible to teeth those teeth first - never mind so early!
Anyway as he isn’t having food yet, and his mouth is too small for teethers... is there anything I can give him to help soothe him?

Are you sure he’s getting his canines OP? I thought they got their incisors first usually?

So did i, and they usually do! This is my 3rd DC and never happened before.
I took him to the doctors as he’s been very cranky and the doctor has confirmed it and told us calpol & granule things... but I just wanted to know if there’s anything that would soothe it that he could chew on.
To be honest I never looked at his gums because I really didn’t assume teething so early, but now the doctor has pointed it out it’s really quite obvious. The left one has already cut through a tiny bit 😱

Really don’t know about that one sorry. Hope you get some MNers who’ve had early teethers soon.

Look up Gummee- they make teething gloves for babies who are too young to hold anything.
