Some advice for a first time mum with 12 week old

I wonder if anyone could give me some advice. My little one is 12 weeks old. She suffered with colic/digestive problems from week 3. Moved her on to comfort milk at week 5 and all had been well with nappies etc as she had been a little constipated. I know comfort milk can make stools looser and green and this happened with my little one on this milk. However the last two nights little one has been waking and grunting as if trapped wind. Later in the day she has had much more watery stools than normal. Should I be concerned? Will call midwife tomorrow morning anyway but wondered if anyone has a similar issue?

Does she seem well in herself? Is she bright and alert at times? Has she got a temperature OP?

Yes still getting smiles when she isn’t tired and is alert. Temperature fine. She had another small bout of loose stools this morning after a feed, not as much but still water. Went to baby hub today hoping for some advice from hv but just got told that may be a bug. She seemed concerned about the comfort milk but lo has been on it for week and all has been fine. She said she round get my hv to call me in the next couple of days. Lo woke more frequently again last night trying to pass wind (grunting). Then after passed the small amount of loose stools, fell back to sleep but was on and off and seems to be letting out repeated little cries on and off until her next feed. She seems normal in herself apart from this. Very confused.
