Hello,

I have a 15 month old DS and every time I take him out in his pram he tantrums, I mean kicking, bucking, taking clothes off tantrum. So many people coming up and saying "poor you" I'm at the point where I don't want to go out in public now.

He does walk (a little) but not well enough to hold my hand in London.

Does anyone have any tips or advice? Or shall I be confined to my house forever more BlushBlushBlush

Is his pushchair comfy? Can he see you?

Hello,

Yeah his pushchair is comfy I think (this is a recent thing since he's started walking) turned it so he can see me etc.

I have reins but he's not steady and also live in really central London so to busy.

I feel like I need to stay inside and it's driving me insane!

Don’t suppose you can reason with him “as in sit quietly or we go home”? The only other thing I can think of is giving him something to eat. My DS had something like this which I’d fill with cut up grapes, Cheerios, raisins etc. Something fiddly that would keep him occupied Smile

I couldn’t get my son in the pushchair after about 16 months, so my mum bought me a smart trike for him and he loved it. However, he has now decided at just turned 2 that he doesn’t like that either and can climb out of it. Luckily he’s a good walker! But for about 6 months the smart trike was amazing! He used to ask to go in it!
