Have you asked her What's wrong? Has anything changed at home?

I have she makes up loads, need wee, need drink, too hot, too cold, can’t sleep, too dark, we though it was just excitement with xmas and let her co sleep when she woke in the early hours as I was really ill and couldn’t cope, we have just moved rooms around aswell as we done loft conversion before xmas, so I know maybe a bit unsettling but it’s too much, just trying tv way before bed, I thought I was because she had a lullaby toy that went off but I brought a album on my iPod and put it in there but didn’t work

Hmmm,I had the same problem with my son when he was younger,I let him in my bed, just so I could get some peace!,and after that he just wouldn't settle in his own room. I'm guessing your daughter is chancing her luck to try get back in your bed. The only thing I think you can do is be persistent, keep putting her back into her own room, until she eventually realises, she can't sleep in yours. It's a painful process, but worth it in the long run. Has her room been changed since Christmas?

She’s been in new room for three days now, but she’s been a pain since December has started and at first I was persistent until the Wednesday before xmas as doctor didn’t like how low my blood pressure was and wanted me to go to hospital but as hubby was off work he let me home and I just gave in and said get in our bed and just after xmas tried to be persistent again but I made her sit up when she got up at 1 am being a pain and she sat there till 3am

And when you were being persistent before you got unwell, how did that go?

You could try an incentive,as in asking her how she would like her room(within limit of course!),then try little things like if you go back to bed now,you can get that thing for your room! If she doesn't listen, she doesn't get,and if she does, she gets a reward, plus making her room the way she likes it might encourage her to want to sleep there. Slowly build up her room, and hopefully the pattern of getting out of bed will be a thing of the past.
