Lighthearted - from baby cuteness to I-want-to-kill-you

Lighthearted as from title.
I have had quite a tough time during the first 7-8 weeks of DS (some PND explained in other threads + colics + family situation etc). Things started to improve (less colics, less frequent feeds, DS changing day by day) and I am finally catching some signs of baby cuteness - smiles, firm eye contact during feeds, holding him when he DOESN'T scream etc - and finally connecting with others' easier experiences. So now I wonder where the turning point lies? I know at some point I will have to deal with toddler/pre-teen/teen tantrums, while today's crying always has a basic, logic reason - normally hunger, tummy ache, poo or more often lack of. When did the baby love disappear in your case and you start to think "f..k the day I thought to conceive you"? Grin

I'm having that currently! Smile Love my DS dearly but for the last week he has been driving me bananas with constant screaming and frustrated crying. He's just turned 8 months! Fear not, you're not alone! We just have to sit tight and wait for each phase to pass and move onto the next one! Grin
