Baby calming down

Hi, my little girl is just over 3 months old & I am finding she is unsettled. She suffers from reflux but that is under control really with her special formula. She just seems unsettled where by she will scream if other people hold her and at the moment I'm scared to join new classes with her as I'm almost scared she will become really grouchy. Has anybody else experienced this & is it just all part of her growing? Will she settle down soon as she grows more? She was a small birth weight & is still only 11lb now so I'm not sure if that plays a part.

Have you got the wonderweeks app? It might be she's going through a developmental leap, there's a lot of it in the first few months and being extra cranky is a symptom. Do you have ways to soothe her that work for you?

Great, thanks for your reply. I didn't know about the wonderweeks app, I've just got it & it looks great!
Yes I can quite easily soothe her most of the time, I think I'm just more worrying that she will always be like this & I know that's silly to think that.

Yeah I think this is a normal phase for them around that age. My DS was the same and I've seen quite a few posts on here with similar issues. Honestly, it will pass but there is a phase where they just need you lots! We invested in a baby carrier which helped!
