My baby is 5 weeks old and she has been a but of a crier from birth. They said it was colic so we have tried infacol and gripe water.. to be honest I am not even sure if it colic and I have been using these things for weeks. However the health visitor suggested reflux. She does have the hiccups all the time and constantly arches her back when feeding or getting burped and sometimes is spitting her milk out of particularly unsettled. She isn't a sicky baby though. She is very active and constantly kicks and fidgets about and is always kicking her legs non stop but doesn't seem in pain when she does this. She is not always unsettled. There are days she will go hours and hours without crying so I am not sure what it is. I barely nurse her or hold her as she prefers to lie herself but when she cries and is unsettled... it is terrible and she screams the place down. Has anyone had any expierned with this?
Thanks, Laura
