18 month old doesn't respond to her name

My 18 month old doesn't really respond to her name when I call her. She's pretty good on understanding, but just ignores her name. Equally, she can say mama and dada, but won't shout either to get our attention. I know it can be a bit of a red flag for various things, but just wondering if anyone else has experienced this, and it turned out to be either something or nothing, as I'm finding information hard to root out. Thanks in advance.

Doesn't seem he respond at all? For instance if you say "DD would you like this chocolate?"
